Research on the Life Prediction Method of Meters Based on a Nonlinear Wiener Process

Due to the high reliability of present meters, it is difficult obtain failure time meters through accelerated life tests. Based on data test, this paper studies mathematical model based Wiener process and establishes degradation instrument by maximum likelihood estimate parameters model. With full consideration possible nonlinear effects in modeling, scale transformation method used study prediction smart data. Finally, verified evaluated example test meters. Compared with conventional method, has less error calculating reliability, greatly saves time, a higher accuracy than estimating lifetime using directly.
